At 2:30 we left for the Tube station and headed for Stratford. The Tube was packed with people and close and hot and sticky, the air was thick with the various smells of humanity. We had to again show our Passports and had to be cleared to even be on the Olympic site. We met a bus and tour guide outside the Stratford station and began our journey. The park was amazing to see, with two years to go till the games, all that had been accomplished. It should be noted that the park has to be done almost a year before the games begin so that all the venues can be tested.
