The hotel begins serving continental breakfast at 7:30 am and we have to leave at 9 am to make our 10 am appointment. The tube is VERY crowded as it is Monday morning and London is going to work. The air is thick in the cars and there is a crush of humanity going and coming from our site visit. You see in the pictures the class leaving and heading to the building. You also see the class sitting and preparing as the presentation and assignment are about to begin. We ate lunch in the neighborhood of the office we visited. It was where all the meat was processed for London consumption.
We head back to the hotel and meet in the breakfast room to begin working on the assignment. We only have three and half days before we head back to present our solutions.
